lermfluix a025453c03 feat(prompts): enhance AI assistant prompts with CoT and optimization tokens 
Add detailed Chain-of-Thought reasoning directives and optimization tokens (🔄, ✂, ⚖, ❓) to both Chat and Builder prompts.
